The answers to your questions are right here!

What do you offer?

Virtual Room is the first collaborative virtual reality venue offering original VR experiences accessible to all, with teams of 2 to 4 players.

At the intersection of escape games and cinema, embark on a unique virtual adventure combining puzzle-solving, communication, and teamwork!

Does your experience cause nausea?

Unlike other VR experiences, our adventures have been specially developed to prevent any discomfort, whether it’s nausea or headaches.

However, we do not recommend VR experiences for individuals with epilepsy.

Are there multiple missions available?

Yes, absolutely! We invite you to check out the detailed descriptions of each mission to get an overview.

Additionally, a new mission is currently in development in our production studio; feel free to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about the release date!

Do we need to choose a specific mission before booking?

No, you don’t need to. You can book a slot without selecting one of our missions.

You can make this choice directly on site with your game master when you arrive (on time, of course!).

Can we book by phone?

Reservations are made exclusively online through the dedicated booking page, which provides real-time availability.

High demand is expected on weekends and weekday evenings, so we strongly recommend booking in advance for your group.

It’s still possible to come directly to the venue to make a reservation, but availability is subject to space availability.

Should I bring my glasses?

Yes, we recommend that you bring your glasses.

Depending on your vision and the thickness of your frames, it may be preferable to either keep them under the headset or remove them altogether for more comfort.

Alternatively, if possible, we suggest using contact lenses instead.

Can my children under 10 play?

We accept children from 8 years old for the adventure Time Travel 1, and 10 years old for Time Travel 2.

We also ask parents to check if the content is suitable for children; the age restriction is specified directly on the mission page.

Additionally, the presence of an adult is recommended for teams consisting solely of participants under 14 years old.

I am pregnant, can I play?

Our content does not cause any nausea, so we do not restrict access to our experiences for pregnant women.

However, please note that participants will be required to stand and be active (simple movements) throughout the session.

Feel free to contact us directly to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

Is your venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Our venues meet all standards and are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Unfortunately, for reasons related to both safety and movement, our experiences are not currently recommended for individuals in wheelchairs.
